TMM Plans, Payments and Refunds

Is there a free plan?

Yes. TMM has a free plan, and every plan — free included — stores an unlimited number of imported trades.

What differs is the history window you can view: the free plan shows trades opened in the last 31 days, Novice+ shows 6 months, and Trader and Pro show unlimited history. Nothing is deleted when a trade falls outside the window, so upgrading restores access to history that is already stored.

See the plans and pricing page for the full comparison.

What payment methods are available?

TMM accepts card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and cryptocurrency payments in USDT (USDC where enabled). The exact set of currencies and networks is shown at checkout.

Is there a trial period?

Yes. A free account can activate a one-time 15-day trial of the Trader plan. No card is required, and if you skip the offer at registration the trial stays available in your settings.

The AI Coach is metered separately: the free plan includes one free coach request, and each paid plan includes a monthly request quota.

How do refunds and cancellations work?

You can request a refund at any time through the contact form; there is no fixed deadline. A refund requires at least one full unused month of subscription.

A month counts as used if the subscription was active for even one day of it, and payment fees and taxes are deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds go back through the original payment method — a cryptocurrency refund needs a receiving address on the same network plus the transaction ID (TxID), and network fees are deducted.

Full conditions are in the refund and cancellation policy.

How do cryptocurrency payments work?

Choose a plan, pick a cryptocurrency and network at checkout, and send the exact amount to the address shown. The invoice is valid for 30 minutes, and incoming payments are detected automatically, usually within a few minutes.

Send only the shown coin on the shown network — funds sent on a different network can be lost. If a payment does not confirm, contact support with the transaction ID (TxID).

Payment not confirmed or stuck

A crypto invoice is valid for 30 minutes, and a transfer that arrives inside that window is normally detected within a few minutes of confirming on the network.

If the invoice expired before you sent the transfer, create a new invoice and pay that one. If your transfer is confirmed on the network and the payment still does not appear, contact support with the transaction ID (TxID) and the email address on your account.
