TMM Account, Privacy and Security

Who can see my trading data?

Your journal is private by default. Other users cannot see it unless you deliberately share a trade or enable a public profile.

Public profiles have visibility controls: you can hide trades before a chosen date, limit the visible period, and turn the display of profit and loss on or off. Review those settings before publishing any trading information.

Can't log in to the account or forgot the password?

Reset the password from the forgot password link on the login page — the reset email arrives at the address on the account.

Passwords are stored encrypted, so nobody, including support, can read your existing password or send it to you.

The email did not arrive

If you have just registered, check the address you entered for typos and correct it if needed — a mistyped address is the most common cause.

If you requested a password reset, check the spam folder. If nothing is there, the address may be unsubscribed from our mail; contact support and ask them to re-enable delivery.

How do I delete my account?

Submit an account-deletion request through the contact form. Support will confirm the process and the applicable timeline. Deletion removes your exchange API keys, uploaded files and account records; the privacy policy commits to completing deletion within 30 days, and provider backups age out within 90 days.

See the privacy policy for details about data retention and legal obligations.
