Refund policy

• Refunds may be requested at any time by the user.
• In the event that a user has utilized any part of the current monthly subscription, the cost of that month will be deducted from the refund amount.
• All applicable fees, including transaction fees and taxes, will also be deducted from the refunded amount.
• To be eligible for a refund, there must be at least one unused month of subscription.
• To initiate the refund process, the user must send a request through our contact form.
• In the event of a dispute, TraderMake.Money and the user will make every effort to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through the courts.
• Refunds will only be processed using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
• For payments made in cryptocurrency, the refund cannot be sent back to the originating address, as such payments are often made from exchange wallets. To receive a crypto refund, the user must provide a receiving wallet address on the same network, a confirmation of the payment, and the transaction hash (TxID). Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
