What is a MEXC trading journal?

A MEXC trading journal is a scored history of every trade you place on MEXC, so you can tell signal from noise. It gives you win-rate, average R, and true net PnL by symbol and strategy.

This matters especially on MEXC, where it's easy to fire off dozens of small altcoin-perp trades and lose track of which ones actually pay. TMM builds the whole record from the API.

How TMM auto-imports your MEXC trades

Setup is quick, and the key you create can never touch your balance. The steps:

  • In MEXC, open API Management and create a new API key.
  • Enable read access. One MEXC quirk worth knowing: MEXC's permission flags are account-level, not key-scoped, so the practical move is simply to create the key and turn on read access. TMM only ever reads your trade history regardless.
  • Copy the API key and secret.
  • Paste both into TMM and choose MEXC from the exchange list.

What you can track

Everything MEXC executes for you, including the obscure tickers. TMM covers MEXC spot pairs and USDT-M perpetuals — the mainstream majors and the deep altcoin listings alike — and on perps it tracks the funding you paid or collected each window you held a position.

Funding is what wrecks a manual journal. On thinly traded altcoin perps funding can run high, and holding through a few windows can turn a green trade red without you noticing. TMM nets it out for you. You get:

  • True net PnL after fees and funding, per trade and per symbol
  • Win-rate and R-multiple across all your MEXC trades
  • Equity curve spanning spot and the full altcoin-perp range
  • Per-symbol breakdown — which listings pay and which just rack up funding
  • Funding paid vs. collected on every futures position

Per-symbol edge❌ Blurs together✅ Which listings actually pay

Why traders use TMM for MEXC

Because MEXC trading is high-volume and low-memory: lots of small, fast altcoin trades that blur together. TMM gives you funding-true PnL on all of it, then adds an AI coach that reads your closed trades and surfaces the patterns — chasing fresh listings, oversizing illiquid perps, holding losers too long.

You can also build an exchange-verified public profile from your MEXC record. The stats come straight from your API key, so they're provably real and leaderboard-eligible, not a screenshot. Keep it private if you'd rather. It's free to start alongside 170,000+ traders, with Pro available when you want deeper analytics.
