API License Agreement
This API License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Trader Make Money ("Licensor") and the user of the API ("Licensee"). By creating an API key and accessing or using the API, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the Trader Make Money API (the "API") for the purpose of integrating the API with Licensee's website, application, or service.
Restrictions
Licensee shall comply with the API rate limits set forth in the API documentation. Licensor reserves the right to monitor Licensee's usage of the API and to modify or impose additional rate limits at any time, in its sole discretion. Licensee shall include a visible and functioning hyperlink, text, or image, to Licensor's website on the same page where the API is used or integrated, provided that the page is accessible to the public. If the page is not publicly accessible, Licensee may omit the hyperlink, text, or image. Licensee shall not use the API for any unlawful or harmful purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Licensor's services or systems.
Ownership
Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the API, including all intellectual property rights. Licensee acknowledges that it acquires no rights in the API, other than the limited license granted herein.
Termination
Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to Licensee. Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the API and remove any links to Licensor's website.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The API is provided "as is," and Licensor makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the API, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Licensee's use of the API, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to Licensee's use of the API or breach of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Mexico, without regard to its conflict of
